Ordering & minimums

What is your minimum order quantity?
For a trial we will ship a single 200 kg drum, and for laboratory qualification we send free samples from 500 ml to 25 kg. Contract pricing starts at one 20ft container — roughly 16 tonnes in drums, 20 tonnes in IBC totes or 24 tonnes in a flexitank.

Can I mix several products in one container?
Yes. Mixed containers are common for formulators buying several solvents or amines at once. We plan the load by weight and dangerous-goods class, and every product keeps its own batch COA and SDS.

How long does a quotation take?
Within one business day. Send product names or CAS numbers, volumes, packaging and destination port, and we come back with pricing, availability and a realistic lead time.

Do you sell to trading companies as well as end users?
We work with both. End users get technical support on grade selection; trading partners get neutral documents and flexible labelling on request.

Products & specifications

Are you the producer or a distributor?
Both. We are an authorised distributor for leading international producers such as DOW, BASF and Lotte Chemical, and we also make our own Honghua range of special ethers.

Can you supply electronic grade?
Selected glycol ethers and alcohols are available in electronic grade with tighter metal-ion and moisture limits. Tell us the specification you need and we confirm availability by lot.

What if the grade I need is not in the catalogue?
The catalogue lists what we keep in stock. Through our producer network we can source most other references on indent — send the CAS number and target specification.

Will you help me replace an existing solvent?
Yes. Our technical desk compares solvency, evaporation rate, odour and transport class, then sends samples of the closest matches for your own lab trials.

Logistics & delivery

How fast can you deliver?
Stocked references leave our Guangzhou warehouses within the same week. Export containers typically sail within 7–15 days of order confirmation, depending on the port.

What packaging options are available?
Steel or plastic drums (typically 180–200 kg), 1,000 L IBC totes, flexitanks and ISO tanks for bulk. Private-label drums are available for OEM customers.

Do you have your own warehousing and transport?
Yes. We run bonded and standard warehouses in the Guangzhou Free Trade Zone and our own dangerous-goods qualified fleet for deliveries across China.

Can you ship on my forwarder and Incoterms?
Of course. We quote FOB, CFR or CIF as standard and are happy to hand over to your nominated forwarder at our warehouse or the port.

Compliance & documents

Which documents come with a shipment?
Every delivery ships with the batch COA, SDS and TDS, plus the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading for export — in English and Chinese.

What does your SGS certification actually cover?
SGS audits our quality system and verifies product specifications on sampled lots, so the figures on your COA are independently confirmed.

Are your products REACH registered?
The references we supply to Europe are aligned with EU REACH and RoHS. We confirm the registration status for each product and volume band before quoting.

Do you hold ISO and FDA-relevant standards?
Our quality and environmental management systems follow ISO standards. For food-contact or pharmaceutical uses we supply the grades and statements your application requires.

OEM / ODM & private label

Do you offer private label packaging?
Yes. We fill drums and IBCs with your label, batch coding and compliant hazard labelling, and can prepare neutral documents on request.

Can you develop a custom blend?
Our OEM/ODM team takes a formulation from lab sample to certified production, with pilot batches for your approval before scale-up.

Will my formulation stay confidential?
Always. We sign an NDA before any technical exchange, and your formulation is only shared with the people who produce it.
